I’m so excited to bring you this blog post! Mandi Mohr is a new blogging friend I’ve made, and she has this incredible post on how to clear acne prone skin. This is something I resonate with because, as some of you know, I’ve struggled with acne for most of my life. It used to make me want to run and hide away. It’s a terrible burden that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Plus, I love that these tips are also affordable!
How to clear acne: keep your hands off your face
Mandi’s first tip is 100% free: stop touching your face. Your hands pick up lots of germs and bacteria, and touching your face only spreads them to your face. That bacteria gets into your pores and causes acne. This goes for picking at your blemishes too! I’m a serial picker, so I personally know the damage messing with your blemishes can do.

Eliminate sugary beverages
I wanted to jump up and down when I saw this particular tip from Mandi. Usually the common food to eliminate is dairy, but I personally think sugar is a much bigger culprit!
